Use of Equipment
3.1. The Equipment must only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. The Client shall not:
Modify, tamper with, or repair the Equipment.
Relocate the Equipment without prior written consent from the Company.

Delivery and Installation
4.1. The Company will deliver and install the Equipment at the Client’s specified location.
4.2. The Client must ensure that the installation site is prepared and accessible.

Maintenance and Repairs
5.1. The Company is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs resulting from normal use.
5.2. The Client is liable for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Service Delay Disclaimer
The company shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delays in service or maintenance, regardless of the cause of the delay -
Fees and Payment
6.1. Rental fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule outlined in the rental agreement.
6.2. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Hire responsibility
The responsibility for covering the cost of lost or damaged equipment will fall under the hire. The person or party who hired the equipment is liable for any such recovery or compensation as stated below

Liability and Insurance
8.1. The Client assumes all risk for loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment during the rental period.

Termination
9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms.
9.2. The Client may terminate the agreement by providing [14] days' written notice Sent to the company Email address otherwise Not accepted.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
11.1. Any data collected by the security cameras is the responsibility of the Client.
11.2. The Company is not liable for any breach of data protection regulations by the Client.

Limitation of Liability
The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the Provider is not liable for any losses, damages, or incidents arising out of or related to the use of the security camera system during the rental period, including but not limited to:

Failure of the system to record or function as intended.

Loss of footage due to technical malfunction, user error, or external factors such as power outages or internet disruptions.

Claims of privacy invasion or misuse by the Renter or third parties.

Security breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access to the system.

The Renter assumes full responsibility for the use, operation, and maintenance of the rented equipment during the rental period. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

Misuse of the equipment by the Renter or their agents.

Violations of privacy laws or regulations.

Damage to property or injury to persons resulting from the use of the system.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the performance, accuracy, or reliability of the security camera system during the rental period. The Renter accepts the equipment "as is" at the time of rental.

The Provider shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
